Six Head Semi-Automatic Rotary Filler
- Rotary type machine fills containers on a mono-block base
- All parts in contact with the product are manufactured from stainless steel
- Containers are manually fed and removed from the filling section
- Six Filling Valves are fitted to the hopper tank that operates under gravity
- Valves are actuated by the containers and therefore have a built in no bottle, no fill function
- Target level in each bottle can be individually controlled by adding or removing valve spacers
- Liquid level in the product bowl is controlled by means of a proportional pneumatic modulating valve, actuated by a float
- With this system, a constant filling volume is obtained over the whole filling range
- The machine is designed to handle a large range of bottle types. For different bottle sizes or heights, the filling platform can be adjusted up and down
- All settings on the machine are quick and easy to adjust
- Filling speed is dependent on product viscosity and operator efficiency but up to 2400 bph can be expected when filling 500ml water and 1800 for 1 Litres
